ReFolutionair

Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

30,000 !!!

In the year 2004 29,094 unbourne children have been aborted in the Netherlands. Think about it... nearly 30,000 children who just aren't there anymore!!!
- numbers are from an article on the soulsista website.

Ladies and gentleman...
This country is sick... by assuming a child will have no future... not even giving the child a start.

I don't want to judge women here, who just never knew there was actually a Way.
I'm just so mad at the fact that the government never promotes an alternative. Or - better said - THE WAY.
I'm mad at the enemy that he has been able to twist the view of so many young people today.

There IS hope, there IS a Way... God promises us, that He IS the LIVE, that He is ALL about LIFE and that when life get's tough, His thoughts are thoughts of peace and of hope to give us a hopeful future! He is THE living Hope for this (literally and spiritually) dying soceity.

THE FOLLOWING LINKS SHOW PICTURES. IT'S ACTUALLY REALLY GOOD TO SEE WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS, BUT PLEASE BE CAREFUL TO WATCH THEM IF YOU'RE TOO YOUNG OR FOR WHATEVER REASON KNOW YOU SHOULDN'T SEE THEM.

At least this country is giving women a choice to have an abortian. Respecting religious people by setting a term of a few weeks in with a abortian is allowed, respecting non religious people by not forbidding it at all.
There will always be women who take an abortian. Maybe it's not a good thing to do, but by giving the choice to do it legally, they can do it as save as possible. In a hospital, not in some unhealthy backroom.

Whow... don't get me started...
I can totally understand your comment. But you've obviously read/heard very few stories about women who've actually had one or more babies aborted.

Many of them get depressed, commit suicide...(or would like to)
When teen-agers go to a doctor telling their pregnant and don't know what to do, most doctors present abortion as the most "suitable" option.

Once a young mother goes into a clinic, but starts doubting het choice, because some little voice inside sais they should keep the baby... they're nearly forced to continue the proces.

It's not about a "few weeks"... I could show you pictures from babies who'se heads are torn apart because of the machine that litterally sucks complete little humans out of the womb.

I could go on and on about this, but get too emotional while writing this.
Abortion IS a problem not a sollution.
The young women are not problem... the babies are not a problem...

not giving life a chance IS a problem.

i've heard those stories too... and i'm not saying abortion is the best solution. Birth control is the best solution, I think.

But better have an abortian in a hospital then in some backroom. The mother will live and maybe get depressed, but she lives.

Giving live a chance is okay, but not every new life gets the life it deserves. And maybe in the Netherlands most kids can have a good life, but there are many countries were abortian is illegal and kids are born, never getting a good life. In those cases I think abortian is a better solution. But unfortunatly because of religious reasons this solution is not allowed. That's okay with me, but then those people who forbid it have to take the consiquenses and make sure the 'unwanted' children get the life they deserve... as you say.

as I said
I understand your comment.
also because it has been my opinion for years. This will also be my last comment, because I never intended my blog to be one of endless discussions. I just like you're comments.

The mother will live and maybe get depressed, but she lives.
being depressed it not being alive.

So you make abortion legal. You make the clinics all clean and hygienic and pay great doctors to work there... and that makes abortion a better sollution?

Not that depressed people would be better of dead...

But living in depression is far from being alive as God intended you to be

You can get out of a depression, maybe not 100%, but I don't believe you can stand up from being death. So in that case i think you have more opportunities if you a are 'just' depressed.

So you make abortion legal. You make the clinics all clean and hygienic and pay great doctors to work there... and that makes abortion a better sollution?

Do you really think there will be no abortians when it's illegal?? I don't think abortian is a good solution. I only wanted to point out the difference between a 'clean' abortian in a hospital and a 'unclean' abortian in a backroom, sneaky, not very fine way.

This will also be my last comment, because I never intended my blog to be one of endless discussions. I just like you're comments.
So, I can only place a comment that says 'You're totally right, Elise', or 'What a lovely writing'? I don't think five comments is an endless discussion. But maybe i was repeating myself to much in the second comment, so my appologies for that ;-).

And I do find your writings lovely... and sometimes you are totally right... but not always, so for that reason i'd like to place comments... if you don't mind.

Makes me think about what it is that I believe in.

Do you really think there will be no abortians when it's illegal??
To answer your question:
NO!
My concern is not at all if abortion should be legalised or not.
My concern is that there are so many abortions - and I believe that's a result of a soceity in which life and "unwanted" babies don't stand a chance... of a soceity in which sex is being promoted without it's concequenses. in which individualism is more important than make work of caring for young pregnant mothers who are desperate for good sollutions.

If we could work on thát
